Description

This is a bow view of my beam core matter/antimatter propulsion system multi-generational interstellar exploration vehicle. Modeled by me with 74,598 Bryce primitives over 5 weeks in Bryce 5. The craft is 1545 feet long with two 400ft. diameter counter rotating artificial gravity toruses. Theoretically capable of near light speed.

You say this is the bow view, and it's designed to be a high subluminary speed interstellar exploration vehicle? I like the essential design, though I would like to see the entire vehicle. My concerns stem from the fact that even at low sub-luminary speeds, very low, the vehicle would face danger from impact by even tiny particles of dust. It would seem to require a deflection field, or some impact shield. I prefer one of water within a cellular balder in a plano-convex lens shape. The water of course, can be allowed to freeze, forming an ice barrier, or possibly used as a heat sink which would allow impacts to slow down in a dense semi slush state.
